Our plans allow you the freedom to choose your own doctor.

Your plan is guaranteed renewable. As long as you pay your premiums on time, your policy cannot be canceled.

Premiums in many states are rated on an attained-age basis which means your premiums may change when your age increases. Your premiums may change when you move to a different Zip Code area. If you use tobacco, your premiums may change after the first 12 months of coverage. Otherwise, your premium cannot be changed unless we make the same change for all policyholders insured under this policy form in your state.

Thirty-day free look: If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your policy, you can return it to us. If you return the policy within 30 days of receiving it, we will fully refund any premium you have paid.

Plans A, C, F, and G are available in: AK, AR, CO, IL, IN, IA, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WV. Plans A and G are also available in MO.
